I built an inter communication software using OSC (Open Sound Control) protocol for connecting all VR (Virtual Reality) headsets.

 

By modifying, integrating Unity OSC plugin, I can multicast all headset coordinations to everyone to enable real-time communication and avatar syncing for 4 VR users.

I also wrote a ‘Show Control Panel’ application by Python + QT.  The UI isn’t pretty but designed for operator to be easy to use,

Control panel is the key UI to hit the show on. 
Show Control Panel can also monitor live network status to ensure all the UDP transfer is working.

This project is a collaboration project with artist award-winning Hsin-Chien and HTC team for the American Got Talent show, clips here

The project setup is providing 4 VR headsets for judges to view dancer's avatar, communicate in VR environment in real time, at the same moment, on-site audiences can watch the dancer's live performance on the real stage.
